ALL ORDERS ARE IN HOLD STATUS UNTIL SHIPPED.
Most domestic orders ship out within 3-4 business days. Our preferred method of delivery is UPS Ground and on occasion USPS. If an expedited method is preferred, please contact us so it can be arranged. On occasion, very small items may be sent USPS Media Mail to save on cost of shipping. If this is the case, the buyer is refunded the difference in price.
All of our sword cases are built at time of order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be shipped by DHL.
International Orders
Most international orders are shipped USPS due to the lower cost. Once you have ordered through our checkout system, you will be emailed with a shipping estimate. The order will be processed with your approval.
Weapons Of Olde refuses liability once an ordered item reaches the country of destination. Though we have never experienced a lost international order, we have had a few with delays due to Customs' inspection. Please keep in mind that most countries charge import taxes, and these must be paid before you will be allowed to pick up your item. Weapons Of Olde is not responsible for these charges.
We require customers to pre pay with wire transfers or international money orders with “risky” items being shipped overseas.
Returned Items
If you receive an item that is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving, for return instructions. In most cases, we will have UPS pick the item back up from your address and return to the warehouse at no additional cost to you. You have the option of receiving another item or a full refund. Additional items or refunds can't be processed until the original item has been returned to the warehouse.
If you decide you just don't like the item, it may be returned with a 20% restocking fee.
Paypal Orders
Paypal orders are approved prior to a "Request For Money" being sent to your account. Weapons of Olde is owned by Autumn Tree Enterprises. This is the name you will see on the Paypal request.
Credit Card Orders
Weapons of Olde is owned by Autumn Tree Enterprises. This is the name you will see on your credit card statement.
